At Ippodo, we blend selected fresh new sencha harvests to produce our Shincha tea each year. This limited release is only available for a short time in early summer.

Iced Shincha

An ultra-refreshing, eye-opening glass with new green tea. Brew with boiling water for a concentrated steep, then pour over plenty of ice—pour out every last drop for full flavor.

1. Measure the leaves
2 tbsp. (10g / 0.35 oz)

3. Brew
60 seconds
Brew without stirring or disturbing the tea leaves.
